Cole came out and did a service check, he went over and explained what was wrong with my unit and went over some options. Eric came out and went over all my options. They both were very informative. I highly recommend Stay Cool Climate Control. Everyone from the office to the technician is extremely professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with.
Our technician today was Cole. He notified us when he was on his way. While here, he patiently walked us through the current state of our HVAC and recommended having the blower motor cleaned. There was no high pressure sales pitch, just facts.
