We had Alex from Stay Cool out for the first time to do maintenance on both of our A/C units, and we couldn't be happier with the service. He was incredibly professional, took his time with both systems, and ensured everything was running perfectly. Top-notch service—will definitely request him again!

Wow what an amazing experience with this company! Of course one of our AC units stopped blowing cold air on a Friday at 4pm. We called many companies ahead of this one with no answer. We were impressed with the reviews of this company so we called, a sweet lady named Mary answered and helped us right away! By 8am Saturday morning we had confirmation our technician, Alex Larson, would be heading our way. Alex just left and fixed the issue without overselling us a new unit and stated it’s still a great unit with lots of life left! By 11am we are feeling so nice and cool and all fixed!!! What an amazing experience and now we are customers forever! Cannot recommend enough!!

We had a great experience. Our A/C stopped working while my family was out of town on vacation, and we had someone staying at our house to watch our dogs. Stay Cool was able to coordinate everything remotely, diagnose the issue, and get the unit repaired and running again without us having to be there. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and they made what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free. It’s hard to find a company you can trust when you’re hundreds of miles away, but Stay Cool exceeded our expectations. We came home to a cool house and happy dogs. Highly recommend their team for their professionalism, responsiveness, and quality service!
