Cole is very knowledgeable alot of information came my way. Almost a tad to much, but I am glad it came. As opposed to not enough information, in regards to what. He was seeing in our system, compared to other homes. He explained all my options on how to maintain our system. Or a complete new system with the issue with ours. No scare tactics,or trying to sell the biggest system. We ended up buying right in the middle range of systems, glad Cole explained all of our options. Update we purchased new HVAC system, along with a humidifier. Brandon and Carter were top notch, texted to let us know they were on their way. Originally told us about 8 hours to install, got it done in just over 6 I think. They didn't rush the install to get down quicker, they just are experienced. Professional from start to finish, Brandon explained every step he did. From the the new equipment how it flows,to new materials used to get it all completed. Carter was great showing me the thermostat and the Ac unit rundown outside. Great job boy's keep on doing.

Nathan and Jason did the work at our home. They were extremely thoughtful and courteous. They took the time to explain everything to us so that we felt comfortable with the new system. It was a joy having both here at our home! Please give them all 5's from us.

I highly recommend Stay Cool Climate Control. They are a local and family-owned company. Cole came out and did a service check, he went over and explained what was wrong with my unit and went over some options. Eric came out and went over all my options. They both were very informative. Brandon did a great job installing my new system. He explained everything after the install was done. Being such a large purchase/investment, you want to go with someone you can trust. These guys are great!!

I highly recommend Stay Cool Climate Control. Everyone from the office to the technician is extremely professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. Our technician today was Cole. He notified us when he was on his way. While here, he patiently walked us through the current state of our HVAC and recommended having the blower motor cleaned. There was no high pressure sales pitch, just facts.

Cole W was out not only to do bi/yearly check and maintenance, but we also had issues with the heat coming on. He was very professional and the nicest person I have encountered in a while. Every time we have had this company out including installation they have been so nice. I would give them a 10 out of 10 each visit!

Thanks to James and Carter also. Cole fixed my home humidifier yesterday 10-21-2025 and Jacob just got done replacing the gas Valve in my furnace - They both did an amazing job. Very kind people and very professional. Highly recommend this company. Amazing customer service as always.

Jacob was very professional and courteous. Let us know the return air to the blower was undersized. Recommended we replace the blower in the future if necessary rather than replace expensive ductwork now.

Peter was fantastic. Came in to our shop and addressed the problem almost immediately with our heater. Then made several recommendations on future maintenance techniques to keep us warm through the winter. Thanks so much stay cool!
