Dalton did a great job! He came out the same day and fixed our issue. He was also super patient and kind in explaining everything.

I can’t recommend Stay Cool enough! I completely understand why they have a 5-star rating.

I had just moved into my new home when my 22-year-old HVAC system failed only two weeks later. They came out quickly, got it running by replacing a part, were upfront with their pricing, and never made me feel pressured. They did let me know the system was at the end of its life and that replacement was something I should start considering, but they left the decision up to me.

They came back out two more times as I weighed my options, and when I finally decided to replace the system, the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Everyone was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind.

What impressed me the most was that they even took the time to speak with my home warranty company on my behalf even though that’s not something they typically do. Because of their willingness to help, I was able to get some money back, and I truly appreciated them going the extra mile.

A huge thank you to Scott, Dalton, Landon, Peter, Travis, and Mary in the office (and even Dane, the best AI customer service rep lol). It’s rare to find a company that’s not only great at what they do but also full of genuinely good people. If you’re looking for an HVAC company you can trust, Stay Cool is it.

My tech that came out was above and beyond the best. On a holiday and in the heat. He was amazing.

First of all, a HUGE thanks for Stay Cool Climate being able to schedule same day service during the heat wave and the upcoming holiday weekend! Alex came out today and did a great job diagnosing and communicating the issue we were having with our AC. He fixed it up quickly and made a few recommendations with no added pressure. After the work was completed we decided to sign up for the preventative maintenance program, which was an easy decision after the experience we had with this repair. Highly recommend!
