We had a great experience. Our A/C stopped working while my family was out of town on vacation, and we had someone staying at our house to watch our dogs. Stay Cool was able to coordinate everything remotely, diagnose the issue, and get the unit repaired and running again without us having to be there.
Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and they made what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free. It’s hard to find a company you can trust when you’re hundreds of miles away, but Stay Cool exceeded our expectations. We came home to a cool house and happy dogs.
