We are impressed by how good Stay Cool Climate Control were to do business with. We had a zone system installed and Jeremy was very good at explaining the details of exactly what and how they would do the installation. Nat and Zack were very professional on the installation and cleaned everything up completely. Their pricing was very reasonable and honored my veteran service.
6/17/2024 I was so impressed with Stay Cool I signed up for their maintenance plan and Braden came out and did a spring check and cleanup. He was great and explained everything.
7/8/2024 I continue to be impressed with Stay Cool and the way they follow through with their customers.
7/17/2024 The new Nest thermostat was defective (wasn't charging the backup batteries) but otherwise was still working and Stay Cool immediately ordered a new one and replaced it. Their customer service is the best I've seen.
Update 11/27/2024: Service call. Stay Cool came right out for a service call and Braden did a great job. Thank You
Update 12/11/2024 Had Stay Cool install a Humidifier by Cole. Awesome job as usual. Love these people.

Update: since google won’t allow more than 1 review- I had to edit because my service today was so good.. since my original review a little over a year later I had new issues arise which caused some safety issues and replacement parts for my 30 year old system were a mess to find therefore I had a new system installed, it ran so efficient bills were lower I was so relieved but suddenly after a few months of using the ac it got hot and the fan wasn’t turning and I was sooo upset but stay cool came out promptly and Alex is a super professional all around nice guy who took his time and was so thorough in testing everything and figuring what caused the issue and it’s back cool in here!! Honestly people & warrenty! 🌮 bout service!😎!
I’m happy with this company and will refer them to anyone! Carter and every person I came in contact with by phone or text was patient and helpful. Cole and Brayden came out today for service and walked me through various options for repair vs replacement. They were prompt ( seriously prompt- beat me there). Super friendly and thoroughly explained everything with pictures. I opted for repair and they got it done on the spot. I’m not the best at names🙃 but was lucky to meet the owner of this company many years ago through a friend/ coworker before he started
after some bad hvac service experiences and he was so honest and knowledgeable and even corrected mistakes made by others in minutes, my ac never ran so well. This is my only choice from that day forward! Stay cool!

Nathan and Johnny were awesome to work with during the install process. I was fortunate to have them.

AC went out last night with temps in the mid 90’s. With one call to Jeremy, he had a tech out first thing the next morning. Had me up and running again in less than an hour, and the house is already back to temp in less than 18 hours. Will definitely resume them again…prompt and reliable. Tech was super friendly…he also showed me a quick and simple fix I can do myself to prevent further damage down the road.

Great company, goes above and beyond, they don't money grab, they love pets.

My husband and I just bought our first home, we knew our A/C unit would eventually need replaced, next thing we know it was completely out in the middle of summer.

We reached out to Stay Cool and they showed up on time for both the initial inspection and the installation. Showed pictures of problem areas. Out the door price, taxes included. Very clean and professional. Even fixed our gas water heater exhaust because it was sketchy. Overall above and beyond what we expected.

I would also like to add again, THEY DONT MONEY GRAB! For the size of our home, the standard cheapest unit was a perfect fit. That is exactly what they recommended. They were very understanding of our finances as we just bought this house and even gave us different tips to help make this purchase easier.

We are so happy to know that we will not be having any issues any time soon! Thank you guys for all of your help and Stay Cool! 😉

I like that stay cool does their best to assign the same technicians to you each time. Jeremy was already up-to-date on my house and my systems, so there was no acclamation in order for him to begin service. I will continue to recommend stay cool to anyone that asks.
