Started out with a AC problem which Travis quickly analyzed and repaired. In the process we found it we had a crack in our furnace. Travis showed and explained the problem. Travis seems to be very knowledgeable about his work and seems very honest about prices. We have a contract now to get a new furnace. Very easy to talk to about the services required and very quick. No one wants to wait days for air conditioning in 90 degree weather.

COLE came out for my seasonal maintenance ahead of winter, and he impressed me right from the start. He wasn’t even fully in the door before saying, “You’ve got a gas leak, I can smell it—let’s focus on that first.” (Truly, a nose like a bloodhound!) Once he located and fixed the leak, Cole didn’t just move on. He took the time to explain how it happened, how I can detect issues in the future, and how the gas lines in my home work. He even documented everything with photos and videos, proof of the leak, proof of the repair, and then went through the rest of my home to double-check for any other problems. After that, he got back to the original reason for the visit and once again went above and beyond. He explained what he was doing, why it mattered, and gave me practical tips to keep my system running efficiently. At no point was I pressured to buy anything extra, he mentioned a cleaning but actually recommended waiting, which shows how much they put honesty above sales. This was my third experience with Stay Cool Climate Control, and every time they’ve exceeded expectations. I’ll keep using them, even if someone tried to beat their prices (lol good luck with that). It’s rare and refreshing to have a local, family-owned company that consistently delivers such excellent customer service. I always know I can trust Stay Cool Climate Control to take care of my home and family. (For context my last call with them was an emergency, and they came out the same day. We are on the spring & fall plan with service twice a year. This was the AC clean & check. From start to finish the communication was great. Received text messages & emails about the appointment. When Cole arrived he was very professional, put on shoe covers and explained his process. He took several photos of any items of concern and gave explanation of issue and made recommendations.

My whole experience with Stay Cool was great! AC was not working properly during this last heat wave. Gave them a call and they were at my residence within an hour. After inspection they found the furnace and AC unit were a safety hazard and needed replacement. In that same week a crew arrived right on schedule. The lead tech was Nathan Blunt and his apprentices Daniel and Jason. They did an incredible job! They went above and beyond their duties. I highly recommend Stay Cool for any HVAC problems. Fantastic experience from the quote process through work completion. Reasonably priced and timely. Carter and Brandon were fantastic. While on site at our home they were knowledgeable, professional, polite, and courteous. The job was completed timely and with the desired outcomes. They went above and beyond my expectations. My husband is ill and in the hospital and, so that my husband could get all the details of the work that they did, Brandon offered to create some quick video clips so he could explain the work that was done. When my husband gets home I can play those for videos for him as Brandon's explanation will be much clearer and concise than mine ever would be. They were kind enough to recognize the stressful situation and took the time to make it a little easier for us. I couldn't ask for more than that! Typically, I don't leave comments or ratings but in this case it was absolutely warranted and I highly recommend Stay Cool Climate and Control.

What a great experience, our air conditioner was not working. We called Stay Cool Climate Control and they came out the same day. The price was beyond reasonable. They stayed in touch with us via text message until they got there even sent a picture of the repair man who was on his way. It was 100% the best experience I’ve ever had. If you are having trouble with your heat or air-conditioning, I highly recommend them!! They are a family owned business and they truly care about their customers!

In the Heat of the summer when the AC stops working Stay Cool Climate Control was there and allowed me not to melt like the Wicked Witch of the West. They did a great job going through my whole unit and figuring out what was causing the issues. I even learned a little about how AC units work. Cole Wolfe Was fantastic and his knowledge of heating and cooling systems really helped solve the problem we were having.

Our AC unit went out during the hottest part of the summer. We called Stay Cool after seeing their solid 5-star rating and speaking with others who had used their services. Our experience has been entirely positive. Since our old system was extremely outdated, we decided to replace it with a complete HVAC system. They provided prompt and exceptionally courteous service.

Cole did a great job fixing our A/C. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing. There were a few things he said we should keep an eye on but wasn’t pushy on anything, which was appreciated. Overall a good experience and thankful to have a company we can use going forward.

I have been dealing with AC issues in my house for years. I’ve had multiple companies come out and try and fix the issue, nothing has helped. I decided to replace my AC and had quotes from multiple companies but Stay Cool was the only company to listen to what I was looking for and didn’t try to upsell me on a system I didn’t need. They were quick to install and even got the system installed the day I came home from the hospital with my newborn. For the first time this summer my house was actually cold. I am so happy to not have to stress over the heat and humidity in my house any longer. The system works perfectly and I wouldn’t even know we are in a heatwave if I didn’t step outside. Cole Wolfe of Stay Cool Climate Control was very friendly, knowledgeable and provided several options to resolve my A/C issue. I’d highly recommend him as well as Stay Cool. Both of my units were not working properly so Stay Cool worked with me to fix the main AC unit and unfortunately I had to replace the 2nd story unit. Stay Cool responded quickly to fix the first floor A/C and a couple days later came to install the new unit. Brandon and Carter worked together as a team to get it installed quickly. Upon completion of the installation, Brandon explained everything in detail how to operate, maintain and provided additional support options. They went above and beyond the installation. Because my main level system was working overtime cooling 2 floors, condensation built up in the basement causing other issues. Brandon helped me install a dehumidifier downstairs to dry up the basement. Both Brandon and Carter were awesome. If you’re in need of AC/heating help, I highly recommend Stay Cool.

My journey started on a Monday, when my 20 year old Trane stopped cooling. Peter was able to come out same day to take a look. It was as we had feared, at the end of its life. Eric put together an excellent replacement package after doing a thorough inspection of existing hardware both inside and out. They were not able to install the new system until Friday, but made accommodations for our comfort during the week--which they didn't have to do, but we VERY much appreciated. On Friday, promptly, Luke and Daniel arrived with all the hardware and began the install. They were both highly professional. The removal of my old equipment went smoothly, and the installation of the new equipment went just as smoothly (furnace and A/C). They had to have an additional technician come out to interface my existing humidifier to the new system--but this was planned, and he too showed up on time and was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. All said they finished up around 4:00pm that afternoon and gave me the tour of all the new parts and pieces--as well as asked if I had any questions. They showed me the new thermostat and ensured I had it configured the way I wanted. The whole thing was made very easy through excellent customer service skills. Although I will not need a new system for a very long time, I would not hesitate to use Stay Cool Climate Control again. 10/10, would recommend. Also, the new Amana ASXS6-S system is everything it was advertised as and more. Incredible.

They installed a zoning system and the results have been amazing. I've had this AC and heating system in this house for years, I hated it. Had more problems than you can imagine. It always seemed the AC was going out on the hottest days of the year. I had used numerous AC and heating companies. Probably 10 to 15 days ago when it was really hot my AC went out. I found this company and gave him a call from that moment of making that call everyone was so professional and so courteous. They came out they fixed my AC I wanted a new system put in, we worked out a fantastic deal for me I thought, very reasonable. We set up appointment they came out and in one day and Luke, Dan and Jason, came out in the morning and put a whole new system in my house. I can't tell you enough how satisfied I am with these people. Left the place spotless did an incredible job, I now have my thermostat set at 74° and I'm freezing. LOL I highly recommend them. I normally do not do reviews. This is a company that does what it says on time head schedule. I couldn't be happier. Great company, great people, great service, you can't ask for more.

We had a zone system installed and Jeremy was very good at explaining the details of exactly what and how they would do the installation. Nat and Zack were very professional on the installation and cleaned everything up completely. Their pricing was very reasonable and honored my veteran service. 6/17/2024 I was so impressed with Stay Cool I signed up for their maintenance plan and Braden came out and did a spring check and cleanup. He was great and explained everything. 7/8/2024 I continue to be impressed with Stay Cool and the way they follow through with their customers. 7/17/2024 The new Nest thermostat was defective (wasn't charging the backup batteries) but otherwise was still working and Stay Cool immediately ordered a new one and replaced it. It was unbelievable....5th day of the record heat and of course my 24 year old a/c had to go out...called in morning and they squeezed me in Travis came out did a super job and very knowledgeable and pleasant to chat with. Got it all fixed up and running great ...thanks Stay Cool....Jeremy for getting me in and Travis for coming out and fixing it.

I so much appreciate when such service providers take new calls 24hrs/day. Stay Cool was able to put on their schedule for the next day next during a heat wave! The tech was timely in the arrival window, he was very kind to let me observe while inspecting and explained the concerns needing addressed.

I’ve used Stay Cool for the last few years. I utilize their maintenance program to keep my systems running great. Well, this year my air conditioner wasn’t cooling and a new system was needed. I knew it was coming but no one likes that news. I was able to schedule a day that was convenient for me and they arrived promptly at the time they said. Luke and Dan did a great job with install. They were polite, professional and cleaned up after them selves. Luke was great about showing me the system and my new fancy thermostat.
