Our heater was not working. Jason and Cole came out and fixed our furnace. They were super informative and efficient! My neighbor referred me and I am so glad she did!!!

Brenda I had 3 young men that came to my house this morning and removed my old furnace and AC and replaced it with new ones. It only took them 5 hours and they were done. Very pleasant and informative, and they worked well together.

Cole came out to service my mom’s very dated furnace and was phenomenal at explaining what needed to be replaced as well as the how and why of the new equipment. What was most important was that he listened to her and put her at ease. She would give him 10 stars if she could!

I signed up for the maintenance plan with Stay Cool Climate Control. Travis arrived early and explained each step of the process as he performed the inspection/maintenance. He gave me some helpful tips to keep my unit running efficiently. I also appreciate the peace of mind knowing that Stay Cool Climate Control will be there for me if anything breaks down in the future.

On-time, efficient and professional. The techs knew their product. They were personal. The craftmanship was top tier, they walked me through each step of the process. Heater was working intermittent over weekend then of course no heat. Sincerely appreciated being able to get same day appointment and timely resolution to both our issues. Having the agreement really helped too saving money. Jacob is excellent! Highly recommend this company

We are impressed by how good Stay Cool Climate Control were to do business with. We had a zone system installed and Jeremy was very good at explaining the details of exactly what and how they would do the installation. Nat and Zack were very professional on the installation and cleaned everything up completely. Their pricing was very reasonable and honored my veteran service. 6/17/2024 I was so impressed with Stay Cool I signed up for their maintenance plan and Braden came out and did a spring check and cleanup. He was great and explained everything. 7/8/2024 I continue to be impressed with Stay Cool and the way they follow through with their customers. 7/17/2024 The new Nest thermostat was defective (wasn't charging the backup batteries) but otherwise was still working and Stay Cool immediately ordered a new one and replaced it. Their customer service is the best I've seen. Update 11/27/2024: Service call. Stay Cool came right out for a service call and Braden did a great job. Thank You Update 12/11/2024 Had Stay Cool install a Humidifier by Cole. Awesome job as usual. Love these people. Update 11/7/2025. Cole came out for winter service. Cole is great and appreciate all his input.

Highly Recommend Stay Cool Climate Control! Their business model from customer service and service department from scheduling (installation/maintenance) is very rare. This family operated business will take care of all your needs. Starting with Cole as the technician to come out and figure the diagnostics of the problem on the equipment. Highly recommend Cole, he is very knowledgeable, and will take care of all your needs. Carter for going over the options on equipment and pricing and for us to make a decision that will best fill my parents needs. Nathan and Jason very respectable and professional installers and will explain the process at starting and will answer any questions or concerns you may have. They will go over the final install (equipment/thermostat) and happy to assist with any final questions you may have. Overall thank you for taking care of my parents Tom and Dianna! Stay Cool is a great company to work with. Very knowledgeable and very fair. Jacob the tech took his time and explained everything very well. They care very much about their customers. Would highly recommend them if yoh are in the need for any HVAC maintenance or repairs.
