Current Open Positions

Full-time position
Minimum 3 years of in-field HVAC experience
Valid driver’s license
Friendly and energetic attitude
Motivated, dependable, and creative
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds consistently
EPA Universal license required
Sheet metal fabrication experience highly preferred
Apprentice/Journeyman/NATE license preferred but not required
Clear and confident communication with customers
Detailed job note-taking in customer accounts
Willingness to recommend process improvements
Commitment to safety on every job site
Maintain clean and organized workspaces and vehicles
Able to work in ladders, crawl spaces, and extreme temperatures
Professional demeanor at all times
Team player – willing to assist colleagues

Part-time position with potential for more hours during peak seasons
No HVAC experience required
Basic hand tool knowledge
Valid driver’s license
Friendly, motivated, and dependable
Creative mindset with a desire to grow
Able to lift at least 50 pounds consistently

Strong communication skills with customers
Accurate and detailed job note-taking
Willingness to try new ideas and improve processes

QuickBooks Online experience highly preferred
HVAC office experience preferred
Secretarial qualifications a plus
Follow up on invoices and service tickets
Able to work seated for extended periods
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Competent with MS Office and self-directed work
May assist with scheduling and customer calls during busy seasons
Assist with warranty and rebate documentation
Team player – willing to assist colleagues
