Heater was working intermittent over weekend then of course no heat. Sincerely appreciated being able to get same day appointment and timely resolution to both our issues. Having the agreement really helped too saving money. Jacob is excellent! Highly recommend this company

We are impressed by how good Stay Cool Climate Control were to do business with. We had a zone system installed and Jeremy was very good at explaining the details of exactly what and how they would do the installation. Nat and Zack were very professional on the installation and cleaned everything up completely. Their pricing was very reasonable and honored my veteran service. 6/17/2024 I was so impressed with Stay Cool I signed up for their maintenance plan and Braden came out and did a spring check and cleanup. He was great and explained everything. 7/8/2024 I continue to be impressed with Stay Cool and the way they follow through with their customers. 7/17/2024 The new Nest thermostat was defective (wasn't charging the backup batteries) but otherwise was still working and Stay Cool immediately ordered a new one and replaced it. Their customer service is the best I've seen. Update 11/27/2024: Service call. Stay Cool came right out for a service call and Braden did a great job. Thank You Update 12/11/2024 Had Stay Cool install a Humidifier by Cole. Awesome job as usual. Love these people. Update 11/7/2025. Cole came out for winter service. Cole is great and appreciate all his input.

This family operated business will take care of all your needs. Starting with Cole as the technician to come out and figure the diagnostics of the problem on the equipment. Highly recommend Cole, he is very knowledgeable, and will take care of all your needs. Carter for going over the options on equipment and pricing and for us to make a decision that will best fill my parents needs. Nathan and Jason very respectable and professional installers and will explain the process at starting and will answer any questions or concerns you may have. Cole is very knowledgeable alot of information came my way. Almost a tad to much, but I am glad it came. As opposed to not enough information, in regards to what. He was seeing in our system, compared to other homes. He explained all my options on how to maintain our system. Or a complete new system with the issue with ours. No scare tactics,or trying to sell the biggest system. We ended up buying right in the middle range of systems, glad Cole explained all of our options. Update we purchased new HVAC system, along with a humidifier. Brandon and Carter were top notch, texted to let us know they were on their way. Originally told us about 8 hours to install, got it done in just over 6 I think. They didn't rush the install to get down quicker, they just are experienced. Professional from start to finish, Brandon explained every step he did. From the the new equipment how it flows,to new materials used to get it all completed. Carter was great showing me the thermostat and the Ac unit rundown outside. Great job boy's keep on doing.

Cole came out and did a service check, he went over and explained what was wrong with my unit and went over some options. Eric came out and went over all my options. They both were very informative. Brandon did a great job installing my new system. He explained everything after the install was done. Being such a large purchase/investment, you want to go with someone you can trust. These guys are great!!

I highly recommend Stay Cool Climate Control. Everyone from the office to the technician is extremely professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. Our technician today was Cole. He notified us when he was on his way. While here, he patiently walked us through the current state of our HVAC and recommended having the blower motor cleaned. There was no high pressure sales pitch, just facts.

Cole W was out not only to do bi/yearly check and maintenance, but we also had issues with the heat coming on. He was very professional and the nicest person I have encountered in a while. Every time we have had this company out including installation they have been so nice. I would give them a 10 out of 10 each visit!
