Nathan and Johnny were awesome to work with during the install process. I was fortunate to have them.

AC went out last night with temps in the mid 90’s. With one call to Jeremy, he had a tech out first thing the next morning. Had me up and running again in less than an hour, and the house is already back to temp in less than 18 hours. Will definitely resume them again…prompt and reliable. Tech was super friendly…he also showed me a quick and simple fix I can do myself to prevent further damage down the road.

My husband and I just bought our first home, we knew our A/C unit would eventually need replaced, next thing we know it was completely out in the middle of summer.

We reached out to Stay Cool and they showed up on time for both the initial inspection and the installation. Showed pictures of problem areas. Out the door price, taxes included. Very clean and professional. Even fixed our gas water heater exhaust because it was sketchy. Overall above and beyond what we expected.

I would also like to add again, THEY DONT MONEY GRAB! For the size of our home, the standard cheapest unit was a perfect fit. That is exactly what they recommended. They were very understanding of our finances as we just bought this house and even gave us different tips to help make this purchase easier.

Had a snake in my air conditioner. Called another company who said I would have to get pest control out to remove the dead snake before they would come out. Stay Cool was great to work with. HVAC went out and needed someone quickly as it’s 90°+ out and Travis was here same day to diagnose. Gave a reasonable price for a complete new system and quoted us for repairs if we wanted that route. We opted for a new install and they took care of us the next day and were done in just 4 hours! Overall, great experience and will use them again for any maintenance or repairs.

I can’t recommend Stay Cool enough! I completely understand why they have a 5-star rating.

I had just moved into my new home when my 22-year-old HVAC system failed only two weeks later. They came out quickly, got it running by replacing a part, were upfront with their pricing, and never made me feel pressured. They did let me know the system was at the end of its life and that replacement was something I should start considering, but they left the decision up to me.

They came back out two more times as I weighed my options, and when I finally decided to replace the system, the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Everyone was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind.

What impressed me the most was that they even took the time to speak with my home warranty company on my behalf even though that’s not something they typically do. Because of their willingness to help, I was able to get some money back, and I truly appreciated them going the extra mile.

Wow what an amazing experience with this company! Of course one of our AC units stopped blowing cold air on a Friday at 4pm. We called many companies ahead of this one with no answer. We were impressed with the reviews of this company so we called, a sweet lady named Mary answered and helped us right away! I had a great experience with Stay Cool! They were able to come check my heater the same day I called, and checked all of the heating and cooling systems. I needed a new water heater and furnace - I didn’t feel pressured or like they were trying to upsell. Two days later, Dalton and Neil came to replace those two systems. Everyone I talked with was very professional and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend Stay Cool!

Travis , the technician, came out in very polite and professional and identified 2 problems I was experiencing with my furnace. The last few days have been very chilly. He stated what was needed and the price it would involve. With recommendations to plan on if other problems arise. He had to gather equipment needed to get the repair done he was quick and fastidious in his service and informed me when it was completed. Was very happy with the results. On Jan 16, 2026 I called Stay Cool Climate Control to get a quote on replacing our old HVAC because the furnace was showing signs of imminent failure. I called the office in the morning, and Jeremy was able to come that afternoon. Jeremy looked at the old system and offered us multiple replacement choices. A few days later, after checking with 2 other companies, we concluded that Stay Cool was the best choice for us in terms of cost, efficiency, and equipment quality. We are not disappointed. Installation was scheduled for the following Tuesday. Brandon, Dalton, and Trey arrived on time early that morning, and after seeing the old system began removing it. Even though the outside temperature was in the teens and there was snow on the ground they worked tirelessly all day. By late that afternoon we had a new, highly efficient HVAC system up and running. Our thanks also go to Carter, who has answered many questions and was able to make the quick schedule possible.

HIGHLY Recommend. Our furnace quit right as a winter storm rolled in, and they sent someone out within an hour! Dalton figured out our issue and got our unit to work for just a bit longer until our replacement could be scheduled. Jake and Skylar handled our replacement. The office will send names and pictures of who is coming to your home, which made me feel very safe. Every person we encountered on the phone or in person was professional, friendly, and knew what they were doing. Pricing was fair and transparent, and they helped us get financing. Dalton came out for our annual furnace maintenance and did amazing!

Called 3 companies early in the morning. Stay Cool was able for me to take pics of the area while other companies wanted to come out 3+ days later to look while we had no hot water. Stay Cool was able to come out the same day which was a huge plus for us since we had not had hot water for 2 days already. Their price was also $350 and $700 cheaper than 2 other companies I have had in the past. Travis and Carter showed up on time and walked me through the tearing out and install of the new heater. They were courteous of their wet shoes with slips if they had to go to their truck outside when tearing out the old water heater. Carter, with our older heavy door headed to the garage it doesn't take much to close it. Please be easier in the future. There was an issue with the old water heater being taken up the steps with a dolly that scrapped all the way up the steps in pic 2. I called the main office, they apologized, and they sent Travis back out the next day to repaint. Ill still keep them in mind for future projects. thank you.
