So amazing this experience! Heat wave brown out killed our a/c. Knowledgeable from the start with Dalton a tech who referred us to Scott who 'had me at hello' I'm Scott I have a portable a/c if you'd like to use it. Knew the system immediately got a precise quote better than any others we'd spoken to.
Nathan, Matt, and Johnny came 2 days later full install of Goodman. Highly friendly and professional. Showed up on time install time was accurate. Minimal interruption in our family's daily life. HIGHLY recommend 👌 👍 👏. Thanks y'all 😊

10/10 service. I had Travis come and help me with my A/C unit after getting the run around with another company. When scheduling the appointment I spoke with Mary who was so helpful and very nice. Travis was transparent with me and got my A/C unit working again!! Also what I paid was more than reasonable in my eyes. Thank you thank you thank you for everything, me and my sons do not have to deal with the summer heat anymore and being able to afford the repair was something I am so grateful for! This is a family owned business and you can tell that the business puts time in making sure everyone is educated, and what about the tacos? #Tacoboutus I will definitely be recommending this company to anyone and everyone

Very pleased with the maintenance service. Dalton is a friendly and professional service tech who provided valuable advice and did not try to upsell me on unwanted services.

My AC went out on one of the hottest days of the summer so far. I called Stay Cool and within 30 minutes I had Dalton at my house diagnosing the problem. We have an 18 year old unit and the best solution for us was a full system replacement. They had me on the schedule the very next day! Neal and Landon showed up early and got the job done quicker than I expected. They were professional, they cleaned up afterwards and explained everything to us about our new unit. We couldn’t be happier with the service from the initial call to the final installation. Thank you Stay Cool. Highly recommend!

Dalton was our tech today for our yearly AC maintenance and did a great job. Showed up promptly at 8am, explained every step and was honest about what we really needed and what could wait. Always a great experience with Stay Cool!

Dalton did a great job! He came out the same day and fixed our issue. He was also super patient and kind in explaining everything.

AC went out on a Sunday and they sent Travis out almost as soon as I called the next morning. I thought the system was shot, but he checked it all out, made the repairs and got it working again. Thanks!!

I can’t recommend Stay Cool enough! I completely understand why they have a 5-star rating.

I had just moved into my new home when my 22-year-old HVAC system failed only two weeks later. They came out quickly, got it running by replacing a part, were upfront with their pricing, and never made me feel pressured. They did let me know the system was at the end of its life and that replacement was something I should start considering, but they left the decision up to me.

They came back out two more times as I weighed my options, and when I finally decided to replace the system, the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Everyone was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind.

What impressed me the most was that they even took the time to speak with my home warranty company on my behalf even though that’s not something they typically do. Because of their willingness to help, I was able to get some money back, and I truly appreciated them going the extra mile.

A huge thank you to Scott, Dalton, Landon, Peter, Travis, and Mary in the office (and even Dane, the best AI customer service rep lol). It’s rare to find a company that’s not only great at what they do but also full of genuinely good people. If you’re looking for an HVAC company you can trust, Stay Cool is it.
