Dalton came out for our annual furnace maintenance and did amazing!

Called 3 companies early in the morning. Stay Cool was able for me to take pics of the area while other companies wanted to come out 3+ days later to look while we had no hot water. Stay Cool was able to come out the same day which was a huge plus for us since we had not had hot water for 2 days already. Their price was also $350 and $700 cheaper than 2 other companies I have had in the past. Travis and Carter showed up on time and walked me through the tearing out and install of the new heater. They were courteous of their wet shoes with slips if they had to go to their truck outside when tearing out the old water heater. Carter, with our older heavy door headed to the garage it doesn't take much to close it. Please be easier in the future. There was an issue with the old water heater being taken up the steps with a dolly that scrapped all the way up the steps in pic 2. I called the main office, they apologized, and they sent Travis back out the next day to repaint. Ill still keep them in mind for future projects. thank you.

Nathan and Trey came out to do an installation on the exterior, but stuck around to help test my system and give guidance on improving house heating. We found an issue with a fan not being connected to an exhaust pipe and they went out, got materials, and came back and fixed it that day!
